Refund & Return Policy
At Patriot Containers, we aim to provide accurate product information and reliable service. Because our products are large physical goods delivered by freight, returns and refunds are handled under the terms below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been scheduled for dispatch or delivery.
If an order has already been scheduled, transportation and administrative fees may be deducted from the refund to cover costs incurred.
Returns
Due to the size and nature of shipping containers and portable buildings, returns are generally not accepted once a unit has been delivered and placed at the customer’s location. Please ensure site access and product specifications meet your requirements before confirming your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect the unit upon delivery.
If the delivered item is significantly damaged or incorrect:
Notify Patriot Containers within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
If a verified issue exists, we will work with the customer to arrange repair, replacement, or an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable once delivered:
Shipping containers
Modified containers
Portable cabins or buildings
Custom-built units
Units altered after delivery
Delivery & Refused Shipments
If a delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible property, unsafe placement conditions, or customer absence, additional transportation or rescheduling fees may apply.
Refusing delivery after the unit has arrived on-site may result in freight and handling charges being deducted from any eligible refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
