Return Eligibility

  • The container must remain in the same condition as delivered

  • The container must not be modified, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • The container must be accessible for return collection if approved

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization

If your return request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and authorization details.

3. Prepare the Container

The container must remain empty, accessible, and in the same condition as originally delivered.

4. Return Transportation

Customers are responsible for return transportation costs unless the return is due to a delivery error or major issue confirmed by our team.

Refund Process

Once the returned container has been inspected and approved:

  • You will receive confirmation of your refund status

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom modified containers

  • Containers sold as-is or clearance units

  • Containers damaged after delivery

  • Containers altered or modified by the customer

  • Delivery and transportation charges

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order information

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Important Notes

  • Returns without approval will not be accepted

  • Containers showing signs of misuse, damage, or modification may not qualify for a refund

  • Delivery fees and optional services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
