The container must not be modified, altered, or damaged after delivery

The container must remain empty, accessible, and in the same condition as originally delivered.

Customers are responsible for return transportation costs unless the return is due to a delivery error or major issue confirmed by our team.
Refund Process
Once the returned container has been inspected and approved:
You will receive confirmation of your refund status
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Custom modified containers
Containers sold as-is or clearance units
Containers damaged after delivery
Containers altered or modified by the customer
Delivery and transportation charges
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your container arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
