Orders may be canceled before the container has been dispatched or scheduled for delivery.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible with their order details.

Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may qualify for cancellation if:

  • The order has not yet been shipped or dispatched

  • Delivery scheduling has not been finalized

  • No custom modifications or special-order work has begun

Non-Cancelable Orders

The following orders may not qualify for cancellation:

  • Orders already in transit or out for delivery

  • Custom modified containers

  • Special-order containers

  • Orders with completed delivery scheduling and transport arrangements

Cancellation Fees

Depending on the stage of the order process, cancellation fees may apply, including:

  • Transportation scheduling fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Administrative processing fees

Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Delivery charges, transport fees, and optional services may be non-refundable once arrangements have been confirmed.
