No custom modifications or special-order work has begun
Non-Cancelable Orders

Special-order containers
Orders with completed delivery scheduling and transport arrangements
Cancellation Fees

Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
Delivery charges, transport fees, and optional services may be non-refundable once arrangements have been confirmed.
