Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited warranty on eligible shipping containers covering:
Structural integrity
Wind and watertight performance
Functional cargo doors and locking systems upon delivery
Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date.
New Container Warranty
New shipping containers may include a limited structural and weatherproof warranty covering manufacturing defects and major structural issues under normal use conditions.
Used Container Warranty
Used containers are fully inspected before sale to ensure they are structurally sound and wind and watertight at the time of delivery. Due to the nature of used equipment, cosmetic wear including dents, scratches, surface rust, and repaired areas are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or surface rust
Damage caused during unloading or customer handling
Improper installation or placement
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by weather events, flooding, fire, or accidents
Electrical, plumbing, or custom modifications installed after purchase
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Inspecting the container upon delivery
Ensuring proper site preparation and placement
Maintaining the container after delivery
Reporting any delivery-related concerns within 48 hours
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
Proof of purchase
Photos of the issue
Description of the problem
Delivery information
Our team will review the claim and determine appropriate resolution options which may include repair recommendations, replacement parts, or other support where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
All Patriot Containers, LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business or stored goods
Delays caused by transportation or external factors
Damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications
Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
